摘要：在对国内外建筑业电子商务相关研究进行总结的基础上，阐述建筑业电子商务的理论研究和实际应用现状，然后基于SWOT模型分析建筑业发展电子商务的优势及机会和影响建筑业电子商务发展的劣势及威胁，最后提出促进我国建筑业电子商务发展的对策。

Abstract：Based on the summary of the related research on e-commerce in the construction industry，the paper expounds the present situation of the theoretical research and practical application of e-commerce in construction industry. Based on the SWOT model，analyzes the advantages，disadvantages，threats and opportunities for the development of e-commerce. Finally，proposes the countermeasures for the development of e-commerce in construction industry.
