摘要：针对复杂建设项目中存在着大量重复性工作的特点，从业主方管理的角度对项目标准化流程进行研究。对业主方在项目全生命周期内的工作进行分析，根据工作性质和内容划分为业主方任务、采购、计划、监控四类工作流程，构建业主方项目标准化流程模型，并通过具体建设项目证实该流程模型的有效性。

Abstract：According to the characteristics of a large number of repetitive work in the complex construction projects，this paper studies the project standardization process from the perspective of owner side. Firstly，analyzes the works of owner side in whole project life cycle，divides them into client tasks，purchasing，planning and monitoring workflow，establishes the owner side project standardization process model. Finally，confirms the effectiveness of the process model by a concrete complex construction project.
