摘要：与混凝土现浇模式相比，同类装配式建筑的成本过高，已经成为阻碍其发展的关键性因素之一。首先分析装配式建筑成本过高的原因，即产业组织模式工业化程度低导致生产成本过高和交易成本过高，然后提出建筑业产业组织模式工业化是降低装配式建筑成本的必由之路，最后阐述建筑业产业组织模式工业化的实现路径，以期为装配式建筑以及建筑工业化的发展提供借鉴。

Abstract：Compared with the concrete structure casted in sites，the cost of the similar prefabricated building is so high，which has become one of the key factors in the development of prefabricated building. The paper analyzes the reasons of the high cost，that is the low degree of the industrialization of industrial organization model，which leads to the high cost of manufacturing and treading. Then，proposes that the industrialization of construction industry organization model is the way to reduce the cost of the prefabricated buildings. Finally，expounds the way to realize the industrialization of organization model，in order to provide a reference for the development of prefabricated building.
