摘要：BIM技术作为工程项目数据信息的集大成者，为造价数据信息的积累、分析、应用注入了新的理念。分析基于BIM技术构建造价数据库的必要性，从组成和逻辑架构角度搭建基于BIM技术的造价数据库框架，并以造价指标库为例，给出其设计和应用方法，以期推动造价管理和成本控制方法与工具的发展。

Abstract：BIM technology infuses a new concept into accumulation，analysis and application of cost data information as an integrator of data information of construction projects. This paper analyzes the necessity of establishiing cost database based on BIM technology，then builds the framework of cost database based on BIM technology from the aspects of composition and logical architecture. Taking the cost index database as an example，proposes the designing and applying method，in order to promote the development of method and tools for cost managent and control.
