基于BIM的工程量提取匹配造价库资源的方法

摘要:针对目前工程量计算存在的效率低、自动化程度不高的问题,集成BIM和数据库技术,提出两种任务工程量的提取匹配造价库资源的方法,通过比较确定一种适合可行的方法。通过该方法能够实现任务工程量的自动提取,提高工程量的计算效率及自动化程度;同时可将获取的项目任务信息存储到外部数据库中,为成本预算及动态成本管理提供数据基础。最后通过实际案例,验证该方法的可行性及可靠性。关键词:BIM;工程量计算;匹配;造价库资源Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and low degree of automation in engineering quantity calculation,this paper integrates BIM and database technology,proposes two methods to extract the engineering quantity and match cost library resources. By analyzing and comparing these two methods,determines a feasible method. Through the method can automatically extract the task quantity,improve the calculation efficiency and automatization degree of the engineering quantity.At the same time,can store the acquired task information in the external database to provide the data base for the cost budget and dynamic cost management.
