[摘　要]　通过代建制在重庆市少年宫建设中的成功实践，分析了在政府投资项目的代建过程中如何做好投资、履约、质量管理，同时也指出了实践过程中存在的问题，以期对代建制的实施与研究提供借鉴。

Abstract: Under the successful practice of agent-construction system in the construction of Chongqing Children's Palace, this paper analyzes how to control invest, carry out contract and manage quality in the process of agent-construction system. Meanwhile, it also points out the problems in the practical process so that it can afford reference for the following research.
