摘要：建筑业企业组织结构调整是整个建筑行业调结构、提效率、降成本、稳增长的重要组成部分。采用对比研究法，从行业的企业规模、企业内部组织、承包业务、工程项目承包、从业人员等方面，研究国内外建筑业企业组织结构，分析存在的差异及其原因，并提出优化我国建筑业企业组织结构的政策建议。

Abstract：The adjustment of the organizational structure of the construction industry is an important part of the entire construction industry to adjust the structure，improve efficiency，reduce costs and steady growth. Using contrastive study method，the paper studies construction industry organization structure between China and foreign countries from the aspects of the enterprise scale of the industry，the internal organization of enterprises，the contracting business，the project contract organization，the employees，analyzes the reason of differences，and puts forward policy suggestions to optimize the organization structure of the construction industry.
