摘要：分析我国建筑工业化发展的障碍因素，针对建筑工业化发展过程中各参与主体之间的协同及相互作用，提出我国建筑工业化协同创新机制，包括动力机制、运行机制、扩散机制和保障机制4个子机制模型，以期提升建筑工业化协同创新能力，助推我国建筑工业化的快速发展。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the barriers to the development of construction industrialization in China. In view of the synergies and interactions between the participants in the development process of construction industrialization，puts forward the collaborative innovation mechanism that include the dynamic mechanism，operation mechanism，diffusion mechanism，and safeguard mechanism，in order to enhance the fundamental innovation capacity，and promote the rapid development of construction industrialization.
