摘要：《工程结构》是工程管理专业的一门重要的专业课程。课程组从制定和修订教学大纲、编写和选用教材、制作和修订多媒体课件、建设网络课程、编写授课教案等方面进行课程建设。从注重教学内容的逻辑梳理、采用启发式和互动式教学方法、注重传统教学手段与多媒体教学课件演示相结合、改革考核方式等方面进行教学改革。课程建设与教学改革措施收到良好的效果。

Abstract：“Engineering Structure” is an important professional course in engineering management specialty. The course team conducts course construction from formulating and revising syllabus，compiling and selecting teaching materials，making and revising multimedia courseware，building an online course，writing lesson plans and so on. The course team conducts teaching reform from focusing on the logical combing of teaching content，using heuristic and interactive teaching methods，focusing on the combination of traditional teaching means and multimedia teaching courseware presentation，reforming the way of assessment. The measures of course construction and teaching reform have a good effect.
