摘要：结合我国当前绿色施工技术、管理的发展水平以及现行绿色施工相关规范、标准，从建筑工程绿色施工评价要素、评价阶段、评价指标等方面对现行《建筑工程绿色施工评价标准》（GB/T50640-2010）进行改进与完善，以期建立更加科学有序的绿色施工评价体系。

Abstract：According to the current development level of green construction technology，management and the existing specification，standards for green construction，the paper improves and perfects the current Evaluation Standard for Green Construction of Building（GB/T50640-2010）from the aspects of evaluation elements，evaluation stages，evaluation indexs for green construction of building，in order to establish a more scientific and orderly evaluation system for green construction.
