摘要：根据建筑企业分公司经营活动特点，分析印章管理、人员行为、承包经营、财务法律，资料档案等方面的经营风险。针对以上风险，提出加强印章管理、规范人员行为、降低承包经营风险、防范规避财务和法律风险、完善资料档案管理等管控措施建议。

Abstract：According to the characteristics of operation activities of construction enterprise branch，the paper analyzes the operation risks of the seal management，personnel behavior，contract management，finance and law，data files. In view of the above risks，puts forward the suggestions of strengthening the seal management，standardizing the personnel behavior，reducing contract management risks，preventing financial and legal risks，and improving the management of data files.
