摘要：以山东省建筑业相关数据为基础，构建建筑业技术创新评价体系，运用DEA测算各省份技术效率，结果表明山东省相对于其他省份技术效率低。应用因子分析法分析影响山东省建筑业技术创新效率的因素，从而为山东省在今后技术创新方面指明方向。

Abstract：Based on the data of construction industry in Shandong province，the paper constructs the construction industry technology innovation evaluation system，and calculates the technical efficiency of each province by using DEA，concludes that the technical efficiency of Shandong province is lower than other provinces. Making use of the factor analysis method，the paper analyzes the factors that influence the efficiency of construction technology innovation in Shandong province，so as to indicate the direction of furture technology innovation in shangdong province.
