摘要：阐述认知偏差的定义和分类，分析并归纳工程交易方式选择过程中业主决策人员的认知偏差；基于偏差现象，针对业主决策人员提出相关建议，以帮助其能够做出更加合理科学的工程交易方式选择。

Abstract：This paper describes the definition and classification of cognitive biases，and summarizes the cognitive biases in the selection of project delivery system for owner’s decision makers. Based on the deviation phenomenon，puts forward some suggestions for the owners’ decision makers，which can make the selection of project delivery system more reasonable and scientific.
