摘要：目前BIM信息在国内应用于建设工程项目中存在信息不能被全部传递和共享的严重问题。总结BIM应用过程中信息不规范性传递的主要原因，包括BIM软件研究不成熟、BIM标准不完善以及BIM应用观念落后等。鉴于此，提出开发本土化的BIM软件、制定规范标准、转变应用观念等建议，实现建设项目各参与方有效运用和共享BIM平台信息。

Abstract：At present，there is a serious problem that BIM information can not be all delivered and shared when applied to the domestic construction projects. The paper summarizes the main reasons for the information non-normative transmission，including BIM software research is not mature，BIM standard is not perfect，as well as BIM application concept is behind. Therefore，puts forward the suggestions of developing localized BIM software，establishing normative standards and changing the application concept，in order to achieve the effective use and share of BIM platform information for the construction participants.
