摘要：探讨高速公路施工项目实施大标段模式的优势及划分原则，结合工程实例，运用管理系统仿真软件模拟高速公路施工项目不同标段规模下的管理效率，为建设单位合理划分高速公路施工大标段规模提供参考。

Abstract：This paper firstly analyzes the demand and the background of the construction of the large section of the highway construction project，discusses the advantage and the division principle of the large section. Then，uses the management system simulation software Arena14.0 to simulate the different scale of the highway construction project management efficiency，provides owners a reasonable reference of division scale of the large section highway construction.
