摘要：阐述我国工程招投标发展与现状，基于实际投标案例，总结投标文件中常见的“失误”情形，有针对性地提出遵纪、守法、合规，提升企业综合竞争力，配备精良的投标技术班子等提高投标成功率的建议，促进建筑施工企业更好地适应现行的招投标制度。

Abstract：The papper elaborates the engineering bidding development and present situation in China. Based on the actual bidding cases，summaries the bidding documents of the common “mistakes” situation，puts forward some specific suggestions of improving bidding success rate，including law-abiding，compliance，enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises，equipped with excellent technical teams，in order to promote the construction enterprises to better adapt to the current bidding systems.
