摘要：阐述对外援助成套项目及其特点，分析现有对外援助成套项目保险的作用与不足，给援外实施企业提出成套项目保险合同的应对策略，并指出成套项目保险索赔的注意事项，旨在帮助企业增强保险索赔的能力，提升管理水平。

Abstract：Firstly，the paper elaborates the foreign aid complete projects and their features，and analyzes the role and deficiencies of the insurance contracts of CFACP. Then，puts forward the coping strategies for insurance contract of complete projects，and points out the matters needing attention for the insurance claims of CFACP，in order to help the enterprises enhance the ability of insurance claims，and improve the management level.
