摘要：从社会效益、经济效益和生态效益三个维度，以13个因素指标为架构，建立PC建筑综合效益的结构模型；运用ISM模型得到各因素间四层递阶关系，分析各效益因素之间的联系；解析PC建筑的综合效益，获取有关PC建筑综合效益全面、科学的认知和评价，为政府决策者引导建筑行业的发展方向提供参考。

Abstract：The paper establishes the structure model of comprehensive benefit of PC building by the framework of thirteen factor indexes from three dimensions of social benefit，economic benefit and ecological benefit. Then，applies ISM model to get the hierarchical relationship of four levels among various factors，analyzes the relationship among the efficiency factors. Last，analyzes the comprehensive benefits of PC building，receives the comprehensive and scientific cognition and evaluation of the PC-constructions，in order to provide the reference for the policy-makers to guide the development direction of construction industry.
