摘要：在街区化背景下，传统社区媒介形式难以满足居民日益增长的对居住环境便捷化、智能化等方面的需求，新型智慧社区建设势在必行。以智慧社区与传统社区的差异为切入点，提出一种面向智慧社区建设的物联网运营架构，其结构主要由一平台及四系统组成，并分析感知设备、中间件技术平台与架构应用的要点，为社区智能化建设提供有价值的参考。

Abstract：Under the background of block，the traditional community media form is difficult to meet the growing demand of convenient and intelligent living environment，the construction of new intelligent community is imperative. Based on the differences of the intelligence community and traditional community，the paper puts forward the operation framework of internet of things for intelligent community construction，which mainly composed of one platform，four systems，then analyzes the main points of the cognitive devices，middleware technology platform and the application framework，provides the effective reference for intelligent community construction.
