摘要：基于目前建筑行业的发展现状，阐述建筑业新经济增长点，定义“工程服务新组合”；分析“工程服务新组合”可成为建筑业新经济增长点。然后提出建筑业新经济增长点的评价方法，以便能够准确有效地找出最优质且有发展潜力的“工程服务新组合”，以促进我国建筑业经济的持续健康发展。

Abstract：Based on the current development of China's construction industry，the paper explains the new economic growth point，defines new engineering services portfolio，and analyzes that the new engineering services portfolio can be the new economic growth point. Then，puts forward the evaluation method of the new economic growth point of construction industry，so that can identify the new engineering service portfolio which the best quality and development potential，and eventually promote the economical development of our country.
