[摘　要]　通过对现阶段我国建筑施工企业的调研发现，建筑施工行业是一个完全竞争性行业，加之建筑施工企业普遍存在着公司高、中管理层团队不稳定的威胁，使得建筑施工企业发展受到极度制约。本文通过对企业职业经理人团队利益捆绑机制和营销基金设立的研究，希望能有效促进我国建筑施工企业的稳定和可持续发展。

Abstract: By the investigation and research on current construction enterprises in China, it is found that construction industry is a fully competitive industry, and the threat of unstable high-rise and middle management team exists in construction enterprises, which has extremely restricted the development of construction companies. This paper studies the interests binding mechanism for professional business manager team and the establishment of marketing fund in order to effectively promote the stability and sustainable development of China's construction enterprises.
