IPD模式下基于BIM-5D的工程成本协同控制研究

摘要:介绍协同工作对于各方成本控制的必要性,阐述IPD模式下的成本协同控制系统。然后以BIM-5D技术为支撑平台,提出在IPD模式下建立项目各参与方间协同工作的成本控制模型。最后以南京某在建住宅为例,说明具体的处理流程,证明该模型可以有效地对项目成本进行控制。关键词:工程项目;协同控制;BIM-5D;IPD;项目成本Abstract:The paper introduces the necessity of cost control for all parties,expounds the cost collaborative control system under IPD mode. Then,takes BIM-5D technology as the supporting platform,proposes the project cost control model of collaborative work between the parties under IPD mode.
