摘要：分析当前大型国有施工企业转型升级的主要原因，结合一些实例提出施工企业一体化发展、多元化发展、内部发展的转型发展模式，以期为施工企业转型升级提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the main reasons of the transformation and development of large state-owned construction enterprises. Combining with some examples，puts forward the transformation and development mode of integrated development，diversified development and internal development of construction enterprises，in order to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises.
