摘要：以产业链作为理论工具，界定建筑工业化产业链的概念，构建工业化建筑需求、生产条件满足、协作意愿达成与建筑工业化产业链形成之间的理论模型；提出研究假设，运用结构方程模型和问卷调查对假设进行验证。结果显示：工业化建筑需求、生产条件满足、协作意愿达成都对建筑工业化产业链的形成有显著正向影响，尤其是工业化建筑需求、生产条件满足的显著性水平更高。

Abstract：Based on the theory tool of industrial chain，the paper defines the concept of building industrial chain，builds the theoretical model of industrial chain of building industrialization with the requirement of industrialized building，the satisfaction of production conditions，and the willingness to cooperate，puts forward the research hypotheses，and uses the methods of structural equation model and questionnaire survey tool to verify hypothesis. The results show that the above three conditions has a significant positive effect，especially the requirement of industrialized building，the satisfaction of production conditions.
