摘要：中国国际工程承包业在迅速增长的同时，面临着中国企业市场集中、相互过度竞争的问题。通过统计数据识别中国国际工程承包商市场集中度偏高的国别市场和业务领域，分析市场集中度情况；采用企业生态位重叠指数对我国对外承包工程业务排名前十五的企业之间的区域和业务领域市场重叠度状态进行测算。在上述基础上，提出我国国际工程承包商市场扎堆问题的对策。

Abstract：Chinese international construction contracting businesshas developed rapidly in the recent years. However，Chinese contractors are facing the problems of the high market concentration and excessive competition between themselves.The paper analyzes the high market concentration level of Chinese international construction contractor in the different countries and business areas based on statistical data. By using enterprise niche overlap index，measures the market overlap degree in different area and business for the Chinese companies ranked top 15 in the international construction project contracting contracts volumes. On the basis of the above，puts forward the countermeasures to deal withthe excessive concentration of Chinese international contractors.
