摘要：随着我国建筑业工业化水平的不断提高，新材料、新工艺、新技术越来越多地被应用到建筑工程中。基于此，总结新疆建筑业在高强钢筋推广应用试点工作中，通过完善政策和标准配套、优化建筑钢筋生产的品种结构、创新工程管理工作机制取得的工程实践经验；并以2014年新疆钢筋生产量和房屋竣工面积为参量，分析高强钢筋推广应用试点工作中所取得的综合效益。

Abstract：With the continuous improvement of the level of industrialization of China’s construction industry，new materials，techniques and technology are more widely applied to construction projects. Based on this，the paper sums up the engineering practical experience in pilot work of high strength steel application in construction industry in Xinjiang，including improving policies and standards，optimizing variety structure of construction steel production，and innovative engineering management mechanism. Moreover，taking xinjiang steel production and housing completion area in 2014 as the parameter，illustrates the comprehensive benefits achieved from pilot work of high strength steel application.
