摘要：通过因子分析方法得到旧城住区改造中影响公众参与有效性的主要影响因素：公众的公开性、公众对参与的认知水平以及参与最终的效益因素，并通过分析建立住区改造中公众参与有效性评价指标体系。

Abstract：In this paper，by means of factor analysis，gets the main factors that affect the effectiveness of public participation in urban residential areas transformation：publicity of the project，participation cognitive level of the public and the benefit factor. Then，through the analysis，establishes the evaluation index system for the effectiveness of public participation in the transformation of the old city residential areas.
