摘要：以调研数据为依据，分析北京市建筑行业BIM技术应用现状以及BIM技术应用对建筑行业的影响，探讨促进与提高北京市建筑行业BIM技术发展的措施，并提出相应的资源需求及政策导向建议。

Abstract：Based on the survey data，this paper analyzes the status and influence of BIM technology application in Beijing construction industry，and discusses the measures to promote and improve the application level of BIM technology，puts forward the corresponding proposals of resource demands and policy guidance.
