摘要：基于政府提出靠农民工化解住宅房地产市场库存的政策，以河南省2005～2014年相关数据为基础，运用Vensim PLE仿真软件构建模型，模拟农民工在化解住宅房地产库存中所起的作用并进行分析，为化解河南省住宅房地产库存提供具有参考价值的建议。

Abstract：In view of the government putting forward the policy by migrant workers to resolve the residential real estate market inventory，taking the related data of Henan province from 2005 to 2014 as the basis，this paper constructs the model using Vensim PLE simulation software，simulates and analyzes the role of migrant workers in resolving residential real estate inventories，provides some suggestions with referencing values to resolve the Henan residential real estate inventory.
