摘要：基于工程质量控制，以某公司质量管理办法为基础，探讨施工企业质量管理体系的建立以及质量管理制度编制的思路及方法；针对质量管理体系建设存在的问题，从项目、分包及公司三个层面提出若干建议，为企业进一步提高建筑工程产品质量提供管理借鉴。

Abstract：Based on engineering quality control，this paper explores the establishment of the quality management system of construction enterprises and the methods of the establishment of quality management system taking the methods of quality management of a certain company as basis. According to the problem of construction of quality management system，puts forward several suggestions from project，subcontract and company levels to provide a reference for enterprises to further improve the management of construction products quality.
