摘要：总结“物有所值”的几种概念表述，明确其内涵；简述建筑工程领域“物有所值”的应用及高校工程货物采招“物有所值”的运用构想；给出高校工程货物采供“物有所值”追求的建议。

Abstract：Firstly，the paper summarizes the concepts of “value for money”，and clears the connotation of “value for money”. Then，elaborates the applications of “value for money” in architectural engineering fields and puts forward the idea of applying the “value for money” to procurement bidding of projects in universities. Finally，proposes some suggestions about procurement bidding of project goods in universities.
