摘要：首先分析复杂工程项目及IPD模式的特点，并与传统交付模式进行对比，总结出IPD模式在复杂工程中的应用优势。然后从复杂工程项目三维视角分析IPD模式关系型合同、组织结构的应用，阐述IPD模式在复杂工程中的应用过程及应用障碍。最后结合工程案例，分析IPD模式在复杂项目中应用的可行性。

Abstract：Firstly，this paper analyzes the characteristics of complex projects and the IPD mode，and sums up the advantage of the IPD mode compared with the traditional delivery mode. Then，analyzes the relational contract of the IPD mode and the application of organization structure from the three-dimensional perspective，expounds the application process and the application problems of the IPD mode in the complex projects. Finally，combined with an engineering case，analyzes the feasibility of applying the IPD mode to complex projects.
