摘要：做好竣工结算送审资料的审查是实施结算审计的前提。分析高校建设工程竣工结算送审资料审查工作存在的问题，从规范送审资料、明确送审程序等方面提出做好工程竣工结算送审资料审查工作的建议。

Abstract：Doing well the review of completion settlement audit material is the precondition for the implementation of settlement audit. This paper first analyzes the existing problems of the completion settlement audit material review work in the university construction projects，and then proposes the recommendations to improve review work of completion settlement audit material in the university projects from regulating audit material and clearing approval procedures etc.
