摘要：从分析影响村镇住宅设计方案经济性的主要因素着手，利用层次分析法（AHP）计算各因素权重，得出建筑结构对投资影响最大。利用广联达软件进行模拟分析，计算不同建筑结构住宅的投资额，利用限额设计原理排除投资超额的方案。最后运用价值工程原理（VE），选择价值最大的建设方案，为村镇住宅限额设计方案优选提供方法和依据。

Abstract：Starting with the analysis of the main factors influencing the efficiency of rural housing design scheme，the paper uses the AHP to calculate every factor weight，gets that the structure played the main role in the investment. Then，carries on simulation analysis by Guanglianda software，calculates the residential investment of different architectural structure，uses the limit design to eliminate excess investment. Finally，selects the construction scheme which the value is largest based on Value Engineering（VE），in order to provide methods and basis for the optimization of rural residential limit design scheme.
