[摘　要]　针对广西建筑设计单位人均产值偏低的问题，从区域经济、市场竞争、企业自身的技术水平、人才结构、组织管理等角度寻找问题的本质，并提出了规范设计收费标准、提高技术水平、提高激励水平、转变生产模式等应对措施与策略。

Abstract: By focusing on prevailing problems of low per capital production value of Guangxi's architecture design institutions, this paper searches the essential of problems from Guangxi's district economy, market competition, technical level, the frames of person with ability and organizing management, and proposes measures and countermeasures such as criteria devise charging, improving technical level, improving prompting level, changing modes of production.
