摘要：结合青岛市万科东郡项目具体实例，对产业化项目的全生命周期成本从土地购置成本、设计阶段成本、建设阶段成本、后期使用成本等方面与传统住宅建造方式进行定性和定量对比分析，并在此基础上，提出化解住宅产业化增量成本的具体措施。

Abstract：Fristly，combined with specific examples as Vanke Dongjun project in Qingdao，the paper analyzes the whole life-cycle costs of the industrialization project. Then，makes comparative analysis with traditional construction method from land acquisition costs，the costs of design stage，the costs of construction stage，late use costs and so on. Finally，puts forward the specific measures to resolve the incremental costs of housing industrialization.
