摘要：对传统评价模型整合梳理，从BIM技术对IPD项目的催化融合作用出发构建评价模型。在调研的基础上，借助数理统计知识，甄选贴合BIM技术和IPD模式的综合评价指标体系。引入动态权重的理念，强调评价的科学合理性；将评价模型运用到实际案例中衡量项目管理的成熟度，验证模型的实用性。

Abstract：Through the integration of traditional evaluation model，this paper builds a evaluation model from the point of the catalytic effect of BIM technology on IPD project. On the basis of investigation and research，uses the method of mathematical statistics to identify and screen comprehensive evaluation index system，which joints the BIM technology and the IPD model. This paper introduces the concept of dynamic weight and emphasizes the scientific and reasonable evaluation，applies the evaluation model to the actual case to measure the maturity of project management and verify the practicability of the model.
