摘要：在项目施工管理中推广BIM技术已成大势所趋。在介绍BIM概况的基础上，提出施工阶段的BIM应用方案，基于某工程的BIM模型，通过虚拟施工、计划制定等，探讨BIM在施工阶段的进度、质量、成本等目标控制中的应用价值，为推动BIM在施工管理中的普及和深入应用提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract：Popularizing BIM technology has become a trend in construction management. This paper introduces the general situation of BIM and puts forward the application scheme of BIM in construction stage. Based on BIM model of a project，explores the value of BIM application in object control of project construction such as schedule，quality and cost by virtual construction and planling，and provides reference for the in-depth application of BIM in construction management.
