摘要：总结房地产企业招标工作中常见的问题，提出加强计划的严谨性与灵活性、提高从业人员的综合素质、完善评标专家的管理方法和重视全过程资料管理等应对策略，为房地产企业的日常经营管理提供参考。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the common problems in the bidding work of real estate enterprises，puts forward some measures for the management of real estate enterprises，such as strengthening the rigor and flexibility of bidding work plan，improving the overall quality of practitioners，improving the management method of evaluation experts，attaching the importance to the whole process management of information and so forth，and provides references for the daily operation and management of real estate enterprises.
