摘要：为解决人工单价的时效性，定额人工工日单价的动态调整研究日趋受到关注。通过综述与分析该领域及相关领域价格调整机制的相关研究，基于测算因子构建定额人工工日单价动态调整的德尔菲测算模型，其中包括劳动力市场工资指导价、最低工资标准、劳务用工工日价格等因子，并通过数据实证，验证本模型的适用性。同时，在模型应用的基础上对定额人工工日单价测算及调整提出相关建议。

Abstract：To solve the limitation，the study of dynamic adjustment of quota labor rate receives increasingly attention. Based on the calculating factor，this paper constructs the Delphi model of quota labor rate dynamic adjustment by the review of related areas，analyzes the causes of the dynamic adjustment，such as the lower consumption standard，the guide price of wage，and the price of labor and employment man-days. Finally，proposes some relevant suggestions to calculate and adjust the quota labor rate closer to the market price.
