摘要：以国家电网所属电力公司工程数据为样本，对影响输电技改工程造价的费用因子进行分析，确定各单位工程费用对单项工程造价的关联系数。在此基础上，应用主成分分析法并根据加权平均后的主成分系数，获得各单位工程费用因子的重要度排序，为提升我国交流输电技改工程造价控制工作提供参考。

Abstract：Taking the engineering data of eleetric power companies owned by state Grid as samples，this paper analyzes the factors that affect the cost of AC transmission technical renovation project，and determines the relational coefficients between the unit projects’ cost and the individual projects’ cost. Furthermore，by using principal component method，obtains the importance degree rank of engineering cost factors of each unit according to the weighted average principal component coefficients. The results provide an important reference for promoting the cost control practice of AC transmission technical renovation projects.
