摘要：基于BIM造价管控，以某商业综合体为应用案例，提出在估算、概算、预算阶段关键信息数据的深化和追溯；以BIM后台数据库和标准库为数据基础，通过对象与使用功能信息的深化关系，在功能分区内匹配出符合项目需求的对象，并结合BIM在数据存储及调用上快速、准确的优势，实现BIM在造价控制中高效化和精细化的效应。

Abstract：Taking commercial complex case as an example，as well as based on BIM cost management，the paper proposes to deepen and trace the critical information in the estimation and budget stage. Based on BIM backstage database and the standard library，by means of further relationship between using function information and architecture component，matches components in the functional partition which meet the demand of project，and combined with efficiency and accuracy of BIM in date storage and calls，achieves high efficiency and refined effect of BIM in cost management.
