[摘　要]　首先阐明了大型建筑施工企业集中采购的时代背景和意义，从大型建筑施工企业物资采购的现状出发,介绍了区域采购模式的基本思路，并分析了此模式的优势、不足和要解决的关键问题，探讨了电子采购门户网站的基本结构以及与此有关的一些问题，以期达到降低采购成本和促进物资管理精细化的目的。

Abstract: This paper starts with the significance and background of construction materials centralized procurement from large-scale construction enterprises, introduces the current situation of purchasing from large-scale construction enterprises, clarifies the basic mode on the regional procurement, analyzes the advantages, gaps and key issues to be solved of this model, and discusses the basic structure of e-procurement portal website and related issues, with a view to reduce procurement cost and promote management.
