摘要：阐述工程赶工索赔及处理原则，研究处理赶工降效费用的实物量总费用法和单价补差法，介绍水电工程赶工费处理案例，并从发包人视角提出工程赶工费用索赔预防和规避策略及建议。

Abstract：Analyzes the calculation principle and pattern of cost of crashed task，studies the total cost method of physical quantity and compension method of unit price that dealing with cost of crashed task due to efficiency decrease，introduces the practice case that dealing with claiming for cost of construction accelerative of water-power engineering，puts forward the comprehensive processing strategy and suggestion that can prevent and avoid the claiming for cost of crashed task from the view of developer.
