摘要：随工程进度款按其一定比例逐次扣留是扣留质量保证金最为常见的一种方式。首先，通过文献分析识别出涉及到质量保证金扣留的两大关键问题为扣留范围的确定以及扣留方式中各关键参数的确定；其次，根据质量保证金的使用范围分析出其在工程进度款中的具体扣留范围；最后，明确扣留方式中质量保证金扣留节点的确定和基数的计算，以及对合理扣减比例的确定、是否计取利息进行讨论并提出相应的建议。

Abstract：Reserving retention money in pace with progress payment is the most common way to detain retention. Firstly，the paper identifies two key issues including determination of reserved scope and key parameters of reserved way through literature analysis related to reserving retention money. Secondly，analyzes the specific reserved scope from progress payment in line with the use of retention money. Thirdly，clearly states the determination of nodes and calculation base，and discusses the determination of reasonable reserved proportion and whether taking interest into account or not，besides the paper proposes the corresponding recommendations.
