[摘　要]　在对比情势变更、不可抗力和商业风险异同基础上，认为施工过程中建筑材料价格异常波动属于情势变更，应根据施工合同约定和法律规定给予相应调整。

Abstract: On the basis of the comparison of force majeure, commerial ventures and frustration of purpose, it is believed that the unusual price fluctuation of architecture material be deemed to frustration of purpose, and the varied price should be adjusted accordingly as per corresponding agreements in the constuction contract and stipulations in relevant law.
