摘要：分析城市综合管廊现有投资与收益模式，结合目前国内推行的PPP模式，分析城市大型管线相关使用与施工单位的特点，提出以城市排水管理单位、大型市政施工企业为主导社会资本的管廊PPP投资与经营模式，为我国管廊建设提供参考。

Abstract：Analyses the existing investment and earnings model of municipal tunnel，combining with PPP，analyzes the characteristics of the relevant units and construction units of the large scale pipeline，puts forward PPP investment and management model of municipal tunnel，in which the urban drainage management unit，large municipal construction enterprises as the leading social capital.
