摘要：首先分析当前城市轨道交通项目创新融资模式解决建设资金短缺的必要性；进而阐述城市轨道交通项目采用政府购买服务模式的基本操作流程。最后，提出一种对城市轨道交通设施进行资产证券化的创新方式并阐述其可行性、基本结构和运作流程，对于加快城市轨道交通项目建设，具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract：This paper first analyzes the current financial innovative model of urban rail transit project which overcome the shortage of construction fund. Then，describes the basic operation process of the government purchase service mode for urban rail transit project. Finally，presents a innovative way of asset securitization of urban rail transit facilities，and expounds the feasibility，basic structure and operation process of the method，provides certain theoretical and practical significance for accelerating the construction of urban rail transit project.
