摘要：选择合适的研究方法是进行科学研究的重要环节。以《建筑经济》2006～2015年发表的论文为研究对象，识别该时期研究者使用的研究方法，总结其特征和变化趋势。结果表明：10年文献中，最主要的研究方法是阐述法，其次为案例分析和模型构建；定性分析方法显著高于定量方法。但是，前后5年对比，模型构建和案例分析方法明显增长，阐述法却呈下降趋势；定量分析方法也大幅度的增加。

Abstract：Choosing an appropriate methodology is an important part of scientific research. Based on the analysis of the papers published in Construction Economy from 2006 to 2015，the paper identifies the research methodology and summarizes the characteristies and trends. Results show that，the elaboration methed，case analysis and model building are three most frequently adopted research methods，and the qualitative analysis method are used significantly more frequent than quantitative analysis. However，from the comparison of 5 years，more literatures adopted modeling and case study method as well as quantitative analysis method，while less research used the method of elaboration.
