摘要：政府购买服务应用于建设工程第三方检查项目目前正处于试点探索阶段，缺乏相关理论与应用研究。为此，首先科学界定相关概念，并以现行法律、文件为基础，从法理角度论证其合规性；然后总结试点省市的应用模式，分析政府购买服务应用于建设工程第三方检查中检查咨询并重、重视信息反馈、应用灵活多变等特点；最后就其推广与规范化应用提出建议。

Abstract：The third-party checking of construction projects based on government purchase service is at the exploring stage，which lack of theoretical basis and application research. Firstly，the paper defines the concept and demonstrates the compliance from the perspective of juridical logic on the basics of existing laws and administrative regulations. Then，summarizes the application patterns of Sichuan，Shanghai and Henan，analyzes the characteristics of the third-party checking of construction projects based on government purchase service. Last，puts forward some suggestions for the popularization and standardization of the application.
